What a great customer service experience. Ordering on line can be great or not so great. In this case it turned out excellent. I Ordered flowers for Easter for my Son and his wife. Sadly the arrangement that was delivered although lovely was not correct. One email and the owner graciously sent out the correct order that is just beautiful. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Thankyou Northwest for giving A plus service and beautiful flowers. Will be ordering again in the future.
